Mom is going to have surgery. She has a blockage and a hernia somewhere in her abdomen, not sure if it's the stomach or intestines. Surgery is this morning. This really sucks. I feel so bad for her. Went and saw her again last night, she's so weak and hooked up to so many things. Just last month she had hip replacement surgery and now this. Let's hope this surgery goes well and she can stay out of the hospital for a long long time.

Oof. What a hit for your mom. But a hernia is pretty minor compared to a hip I would think. She'll probably be bouncing back in no time!
Thanks Bezzie! It ended up not being a hernia, but an abscess in her colon, ughhhhhhh. I feel so bad for her.
